Based in Athens, the independent brand Into The Sunlight creates sunglasses and optical glasses that combine design, technology, and sustainability through 3D printing.

 

THE BEGINNING

The brand was founded by two young professionals with years of experience in the optical industry and expertise in 3D design. They developed a patented screw-less connection between the front frame and the temples.

 

MATERIAL THAT CHANGES THE RULES

The high-quality material used by Into The Sunlight is exceptionally lightweight, with frames weighing between 19 and 33 grams. It offers excellent flexibility, high heat resistance, and is both skin- and environmentally friendly. Additionally, it is resistant to wear, corrosion, and sweat.

 

WHEN AN IDEA BECOMES A DESIGN

The brand’s designs start as sketches and are meticulously developed into three-dimensional models point by point, capturing every detail of the design philosophy. They stand out for their distinctive character and offer both minimalist and bold designs. Each pair expresses the brand’s identity and highlights the value of design as a central element of creation.

 

MANUFACTURING PERFECTION

All glasses are manufactured at a world-leading 3D printing facility with years of experience in eyewear. The process is based on layers of powder fused with lasers, followed by careful cleaning, polishing, and coloring through dyeing. The result is the signature porous matte finish with a soft texture.

 

The final patented, screw-less frame assembly is done entirely by hand, giving each pair the unique character of handcrafted quality.
